CAJUN POTATO WEDGES
3 Medium Potatoes
2 T Butter or Margarine, melted
2 T Cajun Seasoning
Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges. Place in a casserole dish. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with seasoning. Toss to coat.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tender, turning once.
