CORN AND SPINACH SAUTE

CORN AND SPINACH SAUTE




1 Cup fresh Corn
1 Cup fresh spinach, chopped
¼ Cup Red Bell Peppers, chopped
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Cup Onions, diced
¼ Cup Water
Salt and Pepper to taste



Heat the oil over high heat. Add the corn, onions salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes

Add the spinach, bell peppers and water and cook for about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
