ROSEMARY CHICKEN

ROSEMARY CHICKEN


4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
2 t dried Rosemary
1 t Dried Oregano
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Flatten chicken to ¼” thickness. In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes or until juices run clear. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
