PORK AND DILL CHOPS
6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
¼ Cup Butter, melted
1 T Dijon Mustard
2 t Dill Weed
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
¼ t Garlic Powder
In a small bowl, combine bottom 5 ingredients.
Place Pork Chops in a broiler pan; Spoon mixture over both sides. Broil about 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
