EASY CORN SALAD RECIPE
4 Cans (11 oz each) corn, drained
8 Green Onions, chopped
3 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro, minced
½ Cup Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to Taste
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
