BRIE CHUTNEY POCKETS


4 sheets Phyllo Dough, thawed
3 T Butter, melted
8 oz Round Brie Cheese, cut into 2” squares
¼ Mango Chutney

Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees

Cut phyllo sheets in half and brush with butter. Place a piece of brie and a teaspoon of Chutney onto each phyllo sheet half. Fold over and secure edges. Brush butter on top.

Bake until phyllo is golden about 15 minutes
